Quest on Chapel provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the right of the screen and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

 

DOES YOUR BOOKING SATISFY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

• Full accommodation payment is required upon check in.
• The booking holder's valid credit and identification is to be presented upon check-in for credit card pre-authorisation of $300. A $500 cash bond may be accepted if arranged in advance.
• Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us of your cancellation at least 48hours in advance of the booked arrival date. The 1st night's accommodation cost will be charged to the credit card provided for late cancellation.
• Special event and peak period cancellation policy requires full prepayment 1 month in advance of the booking with no refund applicable for bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival.
• We will endeavor to fulfill all of your special requests however they will depend on availability.
• Please ensure to specify your bedding requirements in the special requests field.
• Quest on Chapel is a non-smoking premises.
• Quest on Chapel administrates a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and eviction from the property without refund.
• Requests for specific room types are subject to availablilty and on rare occasions we may need to alter a guest's booking, when this occurs, we try hard to ensure that the guest is allocated a similar or upgraded room.
